About The Sisterhood Bakery

The Sisterhood Bakery began as a shared dream between Cat and Trish—besties of 10 years and counting—who both wanted to create something fun, meaningful, and community-driven. They were looking for a way to channel their creativity into something they loved, and they thought, "How fun would it be if we worked together?!"

One day, during one of their many chats, inspiration struck. "We make good cookies… we should start a home bakery!" And just like that, they jumped into planning mode! Recipes were tested, favorites were chosen, and let’s just say… there were a few "well, that didn’t work!" moments along the way. But with plenty of laughter (and taste-testing, of course!), their vision started to take shape.

As they built this dream together, choosing a name was easy. Their friendship is so strong, it feels more like family—a sisterhood.

And just like that, The Sisterhood Bakery became more than just a bakery; it became a symbol of friendship and encouragement.

With backing from Integrity IT Now, we are so grateful to be bringing this vision to life.

We’re just getting started and can’t wait to share this adventure (and our favorite bakes!) with you. Get ready for something sweet!

FAQS

What is the difference between the bakery and the shop?

The bakery is where Cat and Trish create homemade baked goods. They are already producing samples to refine recipes and finalize the best selection of items that people will love. As the bakery grows, we’ll continue expanding our offerings to bring delicious homemade treats to the community.

The shop is a longer-term project that will be built to provide a space for local women to sell their homemade goods. It will offer shelf space for rent, allowing artisans, bakers, and crafters in White House, TN, Cross Plains, TN, and surrounding areas to showcase and sell their creations.

How big will the shop be?

The shop will start small, focusing on a cozy and welcoming space for vendors and customers. Our goal is to provide an accessible and supportive environment for local women to sell their goods without the high costs of running their own storefront. If interest grows within the community, there is potential for expansion in the future!

How can I support the shop?

We appreciate any support as we work toward opening the shop! Here are some ways you can help:

Try our bakery samples – Your feedback helps us perfect our offerings.

Follow us on social media – Stay updated on our progress and grand opening details.

Spread the word – Tell friends and family about our mission to support local women.

Donate materials or resources – If you have building materials or resources that could help with construction, we’d love to hear from you.

Become a vendor – Once the shop is built, we’ll be offering shelf space for rent to local artisans and bakers. Let us know if you’re interested!

Where will the shop be located?

The shop will be built very close to East Robertson Elementary School in Cross Plains, TN. It will serve as a welcoming space where the community can support local artisans, find high-quality homemade goods, and enjoy a true hometown shopping experience.

Who can rent shelf space in the shop?

Once the shop is open, women from White House, TN, Cross Plains, TN, and surrounding areas will be able to rent shelf space to sell their homemade goods. Whether you bake, craft, or create something special, this shop is designed to support and uplift local women in their small business journeys.
